How can you go wrong with chocolate, and Neuhaus is so exquisite. The best part of this job has been having to taste each and every one, sometimes more than once. Here are my favorites.


Le Millionaire   Le Millionaire

Le Millionaire is definitely my favorite. I love the taste of the crisped rice with the hazelnut and the chocolate.
Cornet Dore   Cornet Dore

Cornet Dore could be my Number One, too! This Gianduja is a fine mixture of grilled hazelnuts, sugar and fresh cream. It is amazing.
The Caprice   The Caprice

The Caprice is also wonderful—it was the favorite of Princess Diana.
Manon Choco Vanille   Manon Choco Vanille

Manon Choco—the vanilla is so tasty…it will leave you with the taste forever.
Snobinette Champagne   Snobinette Champagne

Snobinette Champagne is such an elegant piece to look at and to eat.
Criollo   Criollo

Criollo is the one for dark chocolate lovers. It is a bitter chocolate with a tiny bit of fresh butter.
Prestige   Prestige

Prestige is so far the most popular seller at Le Chateau. It is a caramel with so many flavors.
Noiz Double   Noix Double

Noix Double is the perfect marriage between the milk and the dark chocolate. The dark outside mixes so well in your mouth with the milk praline inside.
Truffle Tiramisu   Truffle Tiramisu

Truffle Tiramisu is a lovely accompaniment with a nice cup of coffee or cappuccino.
Astrid   Astrid

Astrid is a little bit of Gianduja with butter, coated with sugar glaze. It is probably the most well-balanced chocolate.
