Tastings



Allow us to tour you through the divergent vineyards of California's Central Coast, Napa Valley and elsewhere in the world without ever having to leave the sunshine of Beverly Hills. Le Chateau's daily and by-appointment wine tastings will help you find new appreciation in old favorites and uncover newer wines you might enjoy.

At all of Le Chateau's standard tastings, flights are emphasized, with two-ounce samples of five wines being poured: two whites, two reds and one dessert wine. An array of light snacks accompany the tasting, with a selection of imported French cheeses, crackers and French bread, tapenades, vegetable crudités and, to top off the tasting, a selection of Neuhaus chocolate.

The cost of wine/appetizers a standard tasting is $50 per person (labor, service charges and taxes are additional).

We also offer customized tastings by appointment, limited only by your imagination and palate. Are you partial to pinot noir? Is Santa Barbara your favorite wine-producing region? Do you like it subtle, bold, bright or mellow? Organize your private tasting by type of wine, vineyard, region or vertically (sampling different vintages of the same wine). Private tastings can accommodate up to 14 guests, and prices vary according to the wine selections.
