Discovering fine wines and good food is my lifelong passion, which is why I've helped to create Le Chateau. Located inside the world-famous Beverly Hilton, it's a one-of-a-kind setting for tasting fine wine and superb chocolate.

Le Chateau's exceptional and specially designed space is the perfect environment to uncover the nuances, variety and surprises that await you in the more than 4,500 bottles of wine from our cellar, many of them from California's Central Coast.
